At Associated Weavers, we are on a mission: turning the sales staff of our partners into carpet & flooring champions. That is why we have launched The AW Academy, offering training courses that develop the skills of carpet & flooring sales people.
A sneak preview
Attending a training course at The Academy is truly an exciting experience. Training takes place at the Associated Weavers’ UK headquarters in Halifax.
The program kicks off with a technical training on how broadloom carpet and luxury vinyl flooring are made, and highlights the benefits & installation of these excellent floorcoverings.
Next, we share our vision on customer experience, efficient in-store sales tools and the importance of colours and brands.

Training at The Academy takes place in the AW Experience Centre at AW’s UK Headquarter (Dean Clough Mills – Halifax).
You can choose a training on Carpet or on Luxury Vinyl Flooring. Or, why not attend both for a full insight in the world of AW? The program is intensive and diverse, with a fun evening activity to mingle and relax.
